What We Do
How do we make a difference?
Everywhere we go, we...

ENGAGE - young people in healthy relationships;

EQUIP - them with skills to live a balanced life - physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually;
EMPOWER - them to become committed to community engagement, social involvement, and sharing the love of Jesus with those around them.

We create environments where every young person feels welcome and valued.
We meet local youth on their turf, we build healthy relationships with them in a variety of ways, we provide access to free programs, we invite them to our clubs, we connect through groups and individual appointments, and we invite them to participate in fun events, and go on trips that they'll always remember!

There are three main programs under the umbrella of Lane County Youth For Christ: Campus Life, Juvenile Justice, and Parent Life.

These programs are led by trained staff leaders and empowered by teams of volunteers. We work together to build authentic Christ-sharing relationships with 1,000 local young people every year!
Campus Life
The Campus Life ministry combines healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life and positively impact their schools. Campus Life seeks to engage these young people wherever they are found.

Campus Life’s ultimate mission is to mobilize Christian adults and teens so that every student experiences the kind of significant Christ-revealing relationship that helps them become a life long follower of Jesus Christ.

Parent Life
Expectant and parenting teens are often juggling school, home life, relationships, and the stress of a new pregnancy or baby. It’s our passion to make them feel seen, heard, and valued. Our aim is to be a steady voice and presence in their lives, intentionally posturing ourselves as a supportive and empathetic mentor.

Parent Life seeks to connect with expectant and parenting teens and their children through intentional relationships with caring adults and community partnerships. Our aim is to empower teens to thrive in every aspect of life and to encourage them to further their education and move toward becoming life-long followers of Jesus Christ.

Through relational, holistic ministry, our hope is to see young people thrive physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. And our strategy is to facilitate life-giving mentoring by coming alongside young parents in their pivotal moments and inspiring them by uncovering God’s story of hope in their lives.
