There are thousands of youth in our community waiting for someone to step into their stories with intentional care and demonstrate the love of Christ. HIRING PROCESS

Experiencing and understanding the demographic of students in our programs is a vital part of our hiring process. Hands-on experience and real time training is crucial for creating the best path forward for potential employees and the subsequent impact on students and families in our community. 

We are looking for people eager to learn and be equipped for consistent involvement in the lives of students and families in the Lane County Area for years to come. 

There are multiple options for the hands-on experience portion of our application and hiring process. Our hiring and onboarding team looks forward to meeting with you to discuss these options and the path toward a potential interview.

FUNDING STRUCTURE 

Lane County YFC employees are expected to develop their financial support through regular fundraising actives such as---but not limited to---recruiting personal circle of influence, personal calls, extending invitations to fund raising events, sending letters, and personally ministering to donor contacts.

You will receive financial assistance, fundraising training, and leadership support as you establish a community of financial funding for the mission of reaching youth in our neighborhoods.
